Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on electrical construction projects. You will lead Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, subcontractors, and field crews, coordinating with Project Managers, Safety, QA/QC, and customers to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of electrical construction experience.
• Previous Foreman or Senior Foreman leadership required.
• State electrical license preferred; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily field operations for assigned electrical projects
• Lead field workforce planning, manpower coordination, and crew assignments
• Coordinate project execution with Project Managers, General Contractors, owners, vendors, and subcontractors
• Review project drawings, specifications, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and scope requirements with field teams
• Mentor Foremen and developing field leaders
