Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical field services or a similar role.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects successfully.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance protocols, and safety standards.
• Experience in project management and implementation of electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across sites.
• Ensure projects meet safety and quality standards within budget and timeline.
• Plan and supervise multiple work crews and all assigned employees.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to maximize efficiency.
• Create daily reports, track progress, and submit timesheets.
• Inspect work progress and ensure productive and safe performance by all personnel.
• Interpret drawings and ensure correct wiring and installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers and manage field crews.
