Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. seeks an Electrical Product Quotation Specialist to join our Business Development Team. This role prepares accurate pricing estimates and customer proposals, translating inputs into quotes for manufactured products and third-party gear.

The position supports sales, engineering, operations, and finance, with a focus on margin targets and timely delivery. Based in Menasha, WI, Olathe, KS, or remote nationwide, the candidate should bring 3–5 years in electrical estimating,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical estimating, technical quoting, inside sales, or project support.
• Previous experience with EOEM, electrical distributor, or contractor preferred.
• Strong familiarity with electrical power distribution equipment (switchboards, busway, transformers, MV gear).

Responsibilities

• Technical Quoting: Review RFQs, one-line diagrams, and specs to clarify scope and build comprehensive proposals.
• Submittals & Documentation: Compile and deliver drawing and submittal packages for customer approval.
• Strategic Pricing: Analyze materials, labor, costs, and quotes to develop pricing that meets margin targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Operations to validate costs and lead times.
• Customer & Sales Support: Serve as technical and commercial contact for customers; provide pricing guidance and rapid quote revisions.
• Post-Sale Execution: Assist with order entry, handover docs, and initial project management.
• Pipeline Management: Use Salesforce to track multiple quotes and meet SLAs.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to standardize templates and reduce turnaround time.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
