Job summary

CyberCoders seeks an Electrical Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning. You will manage budgets, schedules, and coordination with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of electrical project management, 3+ years on hyperscale data centers, and proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, and Bluebeam. Relocation/telecommute options may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Minimum 3+ years managing hyperscale data center projects.
• Experience managing electrical projects valued at $20M+.
• Strong knowledge of medium- and low-voltage systems, NEC codes, and mission-critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, execution, commissioning, and turnover activities.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, and risk plans.
• Serve as primary client contact and build relationships with hyperscale clients.
• Mentor junior project staff and coordinate field teams.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality control across projects.
• Support preconstruction activities and procurement of major electrical equipment.
