Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to lead the design and construction of hyperscale data center, industrial, and semiconductor facilities. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate MEP systems, and ensure CSA compliance across sites with substantial travel.

The role requires 8+ years in project management for data center or mission-critical projects, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of PM experience leading data center, mission-critical, hyperscale, or semiconductor construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for ground-up data center, hyperscale, industrial, and semiconductor facilities from planning through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk; develop and maintain integrated project schedules and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate design and construction of critical MEP systems and ensure seamless integration with facility infrastructure.
• Ensure projects meet mission-critical requirements and CSA compliance; adhere to codes and regulations.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams; manage procurement, contracts, and change orders.
• Drive QA/QC, conduct site inspections, and enforce construction safety protocols.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among engineering, operations, clients, and stakeholders; present status reports.
