Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large electrical construction projects.
• Direct experience with Hyper Scale data centers and/or industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methodologies.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale electrical projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Oversee safety compliance, risk management, and change orders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
