Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Technical Product Support Specialist for the Electrical team in a remote, full-time capacity. You will assist customers by phone, help select the right Grainger products, provide post-sales support, and answer product questions across a broad range of Grainger items.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of electrical and lighting systems experience, familiarity with industrial controls and automation, and the ability to manage multiple software applications

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience with electrical and lighting systems.
• Experience with Industrial Controls and Automation.
• Proficiency in computer use and ability to navigate multiple applications and screens.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical product support by telephone and document the conversation using multiple programs.
• Assist customers by telephone with product selection, post‑sales support and troubleshooting questions.
• Use vendor training and on‑the‑job learning to maintain high product expertise.
• Capture and forward product feedback to relevant teams from customer interactions.
