DLB Associates seeks a Senior Lead Electrical Engineer to model and manage full-cycle electrical design for hyperscale data centers. You will collaborate with design staff, lead project teams, and coordinate with leadership to develop specifications and drive design development.

This role is fully remote within the United States and emphasizes self-direction and remote collaboration. Ideal candidates have ABET-accredited electrical engineering credentials, a PE license, and 13+ years of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• PE license in related discipline is required.
• Minimum of thirteen years of electrical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design activities for complex data center and mission-critical projects.
• Oversee construction activities, review shop drawings, RFIs, punch lists and change orders.
• Manage stakeholder relations and serve as primary client contact as needed.
• Mentor and develop team members; contribute to standards and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to apply technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project budget/schedule.
