Job summary

NEI Electric Power Engineering is seeking a mid-level Electrical Engineer for their Oil & Gas group. This position focuses on supporting industrial, utility, and oil & gas projects throughout North America, including power system studies and detailed electrical design. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and relevant experience, with opportunities to work in a hybrid environment.

The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in dynamic project teams. Frequent travel may be necessary for client meetings and field support.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with utility and industrial power systems.
• FE/EIT licensure preferred; progress toward PE licensure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical engineering and design activities for oil & gas facilities.
• Prepare power system studies using relevant software.
• Develop and maintain power system models and technical reports.
