Job summary

Amentum seeks an Electrical Engineer to support Oak Ridge, TN, with flexible in-office or remote work options. The role covers electrical design, field assessments, and cost estimates across projects, with responsibilities including NCR/DCN handling and client coordination.

Qualified candidates will have a BS in Electrical Engineering (ABET) and an FE license, plus 3+ years of design experience and knowledge of NEC applications.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Electrical Engineering is required.
• FE license is required or preferred.
• 3+ years of electrical engineering design experience.
• Experience with construction support for Title 3 activities is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical engineering design and construction support tasks.
• Survey/assess existing facilities and scope engineering effort.
• Support bid, RFI, DCN processes and site visits during construction.
