Alignerr in a fully remote capacity seeks an Electrical Engineering Expert to help train and evaluate AI models across circuits, signal processing, and power systems. You will design rigorous benchmarks and write step-by-step solutions that serve as gold standards for AI learning.

You will work asynchronously 10–40 hours per week, contributing to AI reasoning improvements while ensuring accuracy and adherence to engineering standards such as IEEE/NEC.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge in VLSI, control systems, power electronics, or signal processing.
• Ability to write clearly and document technical material.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging problems across electrical engineering domains to stress-test AI performance.
• Author gold-standard, step-by-step solutions as benchmarks for AI learning.
• Audit AI outputs for technical accuracy and adherence to IEEE/NEC standards.
• Identify gaps and provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning.
• Document failure modes in embedded systems, robotics, and simulations.
