DataAnnotation seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to evaluate how frontier AI models handle real electrical engineering tasks. You will design challenging problems, run them through AI models, and judge outputs against professional standards.

You will compare model versions, critique derivations, and document reasoning, flagging failures with concrete evidence to shape next-gen engineering tools. Remote, flexible, project-based work.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• 2+ years of industry experience in circuit or electronics engineering.
• Background in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong command of circuit analysis and design tradeoffs.
• Ability to defend component-level and system-level decisions.
• Comfort with AI tools, or quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic engineering problems for AI evaluation.
• Run problems through frontier AI models and judge outputs.
• Compare model versions on prompts and identify best and worst aspects.
• Critique model-derived derivations and write the rationale behind judgments.
• Flag concrete failures with evidence and corrections.
