Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Strong fundamentals in VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, signal processing, or embedded systems.
• Clear written communication of complex technical concepts.
• Attention to mathematical accuracy and circuit logic.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design advanced electrical engineering scenarios across circuit analysis, power systems, electromagnetics, signal processing, and embedded systems.
• Author ground-truth solutions with precise step-by-step benchmarks for AI learning.
• Audit AI outputs for correctness, safety, and adherence to standards (IEEE, NEC, etc.).
• Identify gaps in AI reasoning and provide structured feedback to improve models.
• Work asynchronously and complete assignments independently.
