Job summary

ENG is seeking an Electrical BIM/VDC Director to lead the Electrical BU focused on BIM/VDC services for US projects, emphasizing mission-critical facilities. You will oversee a ~30-person team, manage client relationships, and drive growth and profitability while delivering top-quality BIM models and workflows.

This remote leadership role requires deep BIM expertise, US standards familiarity, and strong strategic/business acumen to scale ENG’s electrical MEP offerings across data centers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Construction Management.
• Hands-on BIM experience with modeling in US-based projects.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, P&L, operations, and growth of the Electrical BU.
• Lead a 30-person team of PMs, BIM Coordinators, Leads, Modelers.
• Ensure high-quality, code-compliant BIM/VDC delivery across projects.
