This role offers the flexibility of being fully remote or working from the Lexington, KY headquarters or Greenville, SC office. Key responsibilities include creating 3D models, performing clash detection, and generating construction documentation. Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software like Revit, Evolve, ACC, Solidworks, or Navisworks.
• Ability to create detailed 2D drawings from 3D models.
• Sound understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret design information.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to create/modify basic Revit families.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and update detailed 3D models of electrical systems using BIM software.
• Integrate design information from various disciplines into the 3D model.
• Identify and resolve spatial conflicts using clash detection tools.
• Generate drawings and visualizations to support construction planning.
• Ensure the BIM model remains current with design changes.
• Work closely with project managers and engineers for alignment.
• Provide 3D visualizations and clash reports for decision-making.
