Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software, specifically Revit or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and related building codes.
• Ability to produce 2D documentation from 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Create and update detailed 3D models of electrical systems using BIM software.
• Integrate design information from various disciplines into the 3D model.
• Identify and resolve spatial conflicts using clash detection tools.
• Generate drawings and visualizations to support construction planning.
• Maintain BIM model accuracy with project updates.

Skills

BIM software proficiency (Revit, Evolve, ACC, Solidworks, Navisworks)

Ability to create detailed 2D drawings from 3D models

Understanding of construction methods and terminology
