Job summary

Tejjy Inc. seeks an Electrical BIM Modeler to develop and coordinate electrical BIM models for projects in India and the USA. The role involves modeling lighting, power, cable trays, conduits, panels, and ELV systems, along with shop drawings and BOQs.

The candidate will perform clash detection, coordinate with multiple disciplines, and create/modifiy Revit families while ensuring BIM standards and QA/QC compliance. Remote work encouraged.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit MEP for electrical systems.
• Experience handling USA projects independently.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and QA/QC.
• Ability to coordinate clashes and multi-discipline models.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop Electrical BIM models in Revit.
• Model lighting, power, cable trays, conduits, panels, and ELV systems.
• Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Create and modify Revit families.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and QA/QC procedures.
• Assist in project estimation and documentation.
