Job summary

GPAC LLC. is seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Coordinator for 100% remote work.

The role supports commercial and industrial electrical construction projects, requiring strong BIM coordination skills, proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, and the ability to read electrical drawings and construction documents. You will coordinate with project teams, review drawings, perform clash detection, and produce installation details while maintaining model accuracy throughout preconstruction and

Qualifications

Experience in electrical BIM coordination within the electrical construction industry.
Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM coordination software.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction documents.
Understanding of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with remote project teams.

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and coordinate electrical BIM models for commercial and industrial construction projects.
Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts with other building systems.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, general contractors, and other trades.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and electrical layouts for accuracy.
Produce coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and installation details.
Identify potential field conflicts and communicate solutions before installation.
Maintain model accuracy and ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
Support project teams throughout preconstruction and construction.
