Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking an Electrical BIM Coordinator for a fully remote role supporting commercial and industrial electrical construction projects. You will develop and coordinate BIM models, review drawings, and ensure clash-free coordination across disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have strong Revit and Navisworks skills, read electrical layouts, and communicate with remote project teams to support preconstruction and field delivery. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Experience in electrical BIM coordination within the electrical construction industry.
Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM coordination software.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction documents.
Understanding of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with remote project teams.

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and coordinate electrical BIM models for commercial and industrial projects.
Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts with other building systems.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, general contractors, and other trades.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and electrical layouts for accuracy.
Produce coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and installation details.
Identify potential field conflicts and communicate solutions before installation.
Maintain model accuracy and ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
Support project teams throughout preconstruction and construction.
