Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Coordinator for 100% remote work. The role involves supporting commercial and industrial electrical construction projects with accurate models, clash detection, and coordination across management, engineering, and field teams.

You will review drawings, produce installation details, and resolve field conflicts while maintaining model accuracy. Strong communication and independent work with remote teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical BIM coordination within the electrical construction industry.
• Proficient with Revit, Navisworks and related BIM coordination software.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction documents.
• Understanding of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with remote project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and coordinate electrical BIM models for commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts with other building systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, general contractors, and other trades.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and electrical layouts for accuracy.
• Produce coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and installation details.
• Identify potential field conflicts and communicate solutions before installation.
• Maintain model accuracy and ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
• Support project teams throughout preconstruction and construction.
