Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Coordinator for a 100% remote role. You will support commercial and industrial electrical construction projects by developing and coordinating BIM models, performing clash detection, and resolving coordination conflicts with project teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical systems, Revit, and Navisworks, plus the ability to work independently with remote teams across preconstruction and construction phases.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical BIM coordination within the electrical construction industry.
• Proficiency with Revit and Navisworks.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and coordinate electrical BIM models for commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts with other building systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, general contractors, and other trades.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and electrical layouts for accuracy.
• Produce coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and installation details.
• Identify potential field conflicts and communicate solutions before installation.
• Maintain model accuracy and ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
• Support project teams throughout preconstruction and construction.
