Welty Energy is seeking a Project Specialist to join the Distribution (Dx) Project Management team. You will assist with planning and organizing activities across engineering, design, procurement, and construction of major capital projects and programs related to Distribution Lines.

The role is remote with required travel to client sites in PA/VA/WV/MD (10-20%). You will collaborate with stakeholders to maintain clear communication throughout the project life cycle and help ensure safety,

Qualificações

• 2+ years of project coordination experience.
• Experience in electric utility industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant experience in the electric utility industry.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate and coordinate planning for engineering, design, procurement, and construction of major capital projects.
• Support scheduling, status meetings, and communication across stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
• Provide schedule updates and assist in coordinating construction package reviews and site visits.
• Assist in ensuring outages, permits, and approvals are identified and communicated to avoid schedule conflicts.
• Prepare weekly status reports and serve as a single point of contact for construction submittals and coordination.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental programs are implemented on projects.
