Job summary

Welty Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, organizing, and coordination of low voltage engineering, design, procurement, and construction for major capital projects on distribution lines. The role is remote, with preference for residing in PA or WV and 15–20% travel to client sites.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, be the primary client contact, review technical documents, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure permits and outages are arranged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in project management for the electric utility sector (power or gas).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure communication across the project life cycle.
• Serve as primary client contact for project(s).
• Conduct technical reviews of specifications, drawings, contracts, and construction documents for constructability.
