Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant distribution engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• Experience with customer interaction and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop design and construction work packages for electrical distribution systems.
• Review client-provided work and assess scope requirements.
• Perform engineering calculations (pole loading, guying, conductor sag/tension, voltage drop, flicker).
• Provide engineering support during construction and post-construction reviews.
• Conduct root cause analysis of outages and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate conflicting utilities and develop large design packages in urban environments.
