Route 101 Limited is seeking an eLearning Specialist to join our training team. The role focuses on supporting the introduction of new contact centre technologies for a range of clients.

You will create, develop and edit engaging multimedia learning materials, working with the wider training team to support effective learning experiences. We welcome applications from people with a range of backgrounds and experiences.

Aufgaben

• Producing and maintaining training material: specifically eLearnings
• Maintaining a library of eLearning resources and uploading them to relevant LMS (Learning Management Systems)
• Supporting learning events
• Suggesting innovation and new solutions to training challenges
• Supporting the team in developing learning plans e.g. production of storyboards and design briefs
• Conducting research and analysis in relation to training and technologies provided by Route 101
