Qualifications
- 5–8+ years Salesforce consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce or AI-powered CRM solutions.
- Understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation concepts.
- Experience designing intelligent workflow solutions.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Implement Salesforce Agentforce solutions for clients.
- Design AI-powered customer service and sales workflows.
- Configure predictive analytics and recommendation engines.
- Develop intelligent automation strategies.
- Support conversational AI and virtual agent deployment.
- Advise clients on AI governance and adoption frameworks.
- Conduct workshops and AI capability assessments.
