Job summary

Mariner is seeking an innovative Agentforce and AI Developer to lead AI-powered automation within Salesforce FSC. You will architect and deploy agents, autonomous workflows, and AI-enhanced advisor tools across the advisor platform.

You will work with FSC Architects to ensure CRM data model alignment, security, and best practices while implementing Einstein Copilot and Predictive AI to provide insights and guidance to advisors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow).
• Direct experience with Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or similar conversational AI in Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM behavior in enterprise environments.
• Ability to design within Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
• Ability to translate complex advisor workflows into structured agent-driven actions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Agentforce agents in Salesforce FSC to automate advisor workflows and client services.
• Develop and optimize agent topics, actions, and prompts for financial services scenarios.
• Integrate Agentforce with MuleSoft APIs and external data feeds to extend functionality.
• Collaborate with FSC Solution Architects to ensure alignment with CRM data models and security.
• Implement Salesforce Einstein features to deliver actionable insights for advisors.
• Test agent behavior, handle edge cases, and ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Monitor performance and refine workflows based on advisor feedback and Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Stay updated on Salesforce AI roadmap and adopt new Agentforce features.
