Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications required.
• 1–3 years of EHS experience in data centers or similar environments.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard identification, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support EHS policies, standards, programs at the data center site.
• Conduct inspections, safety observations, and compliance audits.
• Support risk assessments, permit reviews, and safe work planning.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and incident investigations.
• Oversee contractor safety activities and site orientation.
• Maintain EHS records, training documentation, and permits.
• Deliver site-specific EHS training and toolbox talks.
• Track EHS metrics and escalate significant risks to leadership.
