Job summary

Serve Robotics is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to implement safety and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will partner with site leadership to promote a safe work environment and continuous safety improvements.

Key responsibilities include developing EHS policies, conducting inspections and risk assessments, leading incident investigations, delivering training, coordinating drills, and supporting regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelors in EHS or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years EHS in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, robotics, or tech operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS management systems.
• Experience with incident investigations and risk assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct facility inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitor corrective actions and verify completion.
• Assist in site-specific safety initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Lead investigations of workplace injuries, near misses, and environmental incidents.
• Deliver EHS training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Coordinate emergency drills and preparedness.
• Support waste management, hazardous materials handling, and sustainability initiatives.
