Job summary

Apex Clean Energy is seeking an EHS Advisor to provide comprehensive safety leadership for wind, solar, and battery storage assets. You will promote a strong safety culture, conduct audits, and guide contractor safety programs across project sites.

The role supports environmental reporting, incident investigations, and safety program development, with up to 50% travel and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• OHST/CHST or similar certification or plan to obtain.
• OSHA 30/510 certification or plan to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety discussions and drive a proactive safety culture across multiple project sites.
• Perform safety audits/inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and proper records.
• Provide oversight for contractor safety programs and prequalification processes.
• Lead job hazard analyses for high-risk activities and advise on regulatory interpretations.
• Support environmental reporting and sustainability initiatives across sites.
