Job summary

Milestone Technologies is seeking a Global Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead enterprise-scale EHS programs across multiple regions. The role requires directing strategic direction, managing a global team of about 40, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements while delivering on time and within budget.

The position supports a delivery-focused environment leveraging waterfall and agile practices, with hybrid work options and ~10% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years in EHS management with cross-functional exposure.
Experience leading global EHS programs across multiple regions.
Knowledge of OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and local regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Drives large-scale global EHS programs across regions and stakeholders.
Creates and maintains program artifacts (plans, budgets, forecasts) and ensures milestones.
Manages a ~40 EHS professionals across geographies, including coaching and career development.
Tracks KPIs and safety metrics; reports progress to senior leadership.
Coordinates program rollouts and schedules with client sites and leadership.
Implements continuous improvement and change-management for EHS initiatives.
