Job summary

Milestone Technologies is seeking a Global Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead enterprise-scale EHS operations across multiple regions. You will provide strategic direction, manage follow-up work streams, and ensure projects stay within scope, time, and budget.

The role leverages waterfall and agile practices, with responsibilities including financial tracking, stakeholder management, and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in EHS management, with at least 3 years managing large geographically distributed teams.
• Proven track record delivering global EHS programs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and local regulations; audits/compliance experience.
• Ability to create and manage detailed program plans with critical paths.
• Experience with EHS management systems (Intelex, Enablon, Gensuite, VelocityEHS) and incident reporting tools.
• Proficient with Google workspace and project scheduling tools (Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering; advanced degree or CSP/CIH/NEBOSH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives large-scale global EHS programs and collaborates with stakeholders across regions.
• Creates and maintains program artifacts (plans, budgets, forecasts, schedules).
• Directly manages a global team of about 40 EHS professionals.
• Allocates resources and addresses impediments and regional priorities.
• Plans EHS program rollouts and service delivery schedules globally.
• Develops high-level delivery plans for compliance milestones and risk reduction.
• Monitors metrics and KPIs for safety targets and audit readiness.
• Reports delivery status to senior leadership and clients.
• Maintains strong safety culture and cross-functional collaboration.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field

Advanced degree or professional certification (CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, or equivalent)
