Humana Inc. is seeking a Provider Experience and Enablement Lead Vendor Manager to manage strategic EHR partner relationships (Epic and others) and align vendor capabilities with enterprise priorities and product initiatives.

You will serve as the primary relationship owner, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and drive roadmap planning while balancing risk and opportunities across internal stakeholders. This remote role can be based anywhere in the United States.

Formación

• 5+ years in vendor/partner management, product management, or healthcare technology.
• Experience leading governance and quarterly business reviews.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop executive reporting and performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree and relevant vendor management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as relationship lead for assigned EHR vendors and strategic partners
• Manage vendor roadmap alignment with enterprise priorities
• Coordinate vendor-supported initiatives and cross-functional execution efforts
• Monitor vendor performance, commitments, KPIs, and service levels
• Shepherd the development of vendor reporting, dashboards, and performance reviews
• Identify opportunities to expand vendor capabilities and strategic partnerships
• Facilitate governance reviews, escalations, and risk management activities
• Provide recommendations regarding vendor investments, priorities, and future opportunities
• Partner with Product, Implementation, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
• Support executive relationships and long-term EHR channel growth strategies
