Humana Inc. invites applications for the Provider Experience and Enablement Lead Vendor Manager role. This remote position focuses on managing strategic EHR vendor relationships (Epic and others) and ensuring alignment with Humana’s objectives and product roadmap.

You will collaborate across product, implementation, and technology to drive performance and growth. The role requires the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, monitor KPIs, and deliver executive-level reports.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, partner management, product management and/or healthcare technology.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and strategic partnerships.
• Experience leading vendor governance and quarterly business reviews.
• Experience developing executive reporting, performance metrics, and operational governance processes.
• Experience coordinating complex programs involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as relationship lead for assigned EHR vendors and strategic partners
• Manage vendor roadmap alignment with enterprise priorities
• Coordinate vendor-supported initiatives and cross-functional execution efforts
• Monitor vendor performance, commitments, KPIs, and service levels
• Shepherd the development of vendor reporting, dashboards, and performance reviews
• Identify opportunities to expand vendor capabilities and strategic partnerships
• Facilitate governance reviews, escalations, and risk management activities
• Provide recommendations regarding vendor investments, priorities, and future opportunities
• Partner with Product, Implementation, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
• Support executive relationships and long-term EHR channel growth strategies
