Humana Inc. is seeking a Provider Experience and Enablement Lead Vendor Manager to lead strategic EHR vendor relationships, including Epic and others, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and product initiatives.

The role drives vendor performance, governance, and reporting across product, implementation, technology, and operations teams, with an emphasis on future growth and successful execution of initiatives. Remote work is allowed nationwide.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, partner management, product management and/or healthcare technology.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and strategic partnerships.
• Experience leading vendor governance and quarterly business reviews.
• Experience developing executive reporting, performance metrics, and operational governance processes.
• Experience coordinating complex programs involving multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Serve as relationship lead for assigned EHR vendors and strategic partners.
• Manage vendor roadmap alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Coordinate vendor-supported initiatives and cross-functional execution efforts.
• Monitor vendor performance, commitments, KPIs, and service levels.
• Shepherd the development of vendor reporting, dashboards, and performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand vendor capabilities and strategic partnerships.
• Facilitate governance reviews, escalations, and risk management activities.
• Provide recommendations regarding vendor investments, priorities, and future opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Implementation, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Support executive relationships and long-term EHR channel growth strategies.
