Job summary

Humana is seeking a Provider Experience and Enablement Lead Vendor Manager to oversee strategic EHR partner relationships, including Epic and other vendors. You will align vendor capabilities with enterprise priorities, monitor performance, and drive value from Humana's EHR partnerships across product, implementation, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, partner management, product management and/or healthcare technology.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and strategic partnerships.
• Experience leading vendor governance and quarterly business reviews.
• Experience developing executive reporting, performance metrics, and operational governance processes.
• Experience coordinating complex programs involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as relationship lead for assigned EHR vendors and strategic partners.
• Manage vendor roadmap alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Coordinate vendor-supported initiatives and cross-functional execution efforts.
• Monitor vendor performance, commitments, KPIs, and service levels.
• Shepherd the development of vendor reporting, dashboards, and performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand vendor capabilities and strategic partnerships.
• Facilitate governance reviews, escalations, and risk management activities.
• Provide recommendations regarding vendor investments, priorities, and future opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Implementation, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Support executive relationships and long‑term EHR channel growth strategies.
