Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a Training Solution Consultant to support Veterans Affairs Electronic Health Record Modernization. The role focuses on embedded training, end-user support, and coordinating refresher sessions across sites within a remote US-based team.

You will collaborate with Tier leadership to identify training needs, update content, and ensure adoption of new workflows and tools in Oracle Health EHR environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, facilitating workshops, or providing end-user support in a business, operational, technical, or healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with the Oracle Health Electronic Health Record (EHR), including end-user support, workflow training, adoption, optimization, system onboarding.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex workflows into clear learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Embed within the assigned Tier 1 SME team and coordinate site-specific refresher training and coaching.
• Deliver instructor-led classes, virtual sessions, and drop-in support as needed.
• Assess reported training gaps and user feedback to recommend targeted interventions.
• Track training activity and provide regular updates to the Tier team on progress.
• Collaborate with SMEs to update training content, job aids, and other user-support resources.
