Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience focused on EH&S, EPC, or manufacturing safety roles.
• Experience evaluating safety capabilities (OSHA/EPA) and safety management systems.
• Ability to calibrate candidate profiles with EH&S directors and operations leaders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments of potential EH&S professionals.
• Engage passive EH&S talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals and networks.
• Collaborate with operations, facilities, and safety leadership to define role requirements and craft value propositions.
• Drive a diverse pipeline into the organization while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Represent the company’s brand internally and externally, articulating our value proposition to safety talent.
• Leverage market insights to build strategic outreach campaigns that highlight Anduril's unique safety and manufacturing focus.
