Anduril Industries is seeking a specialized Contract Real Estate, Facilities, & EHS Recruiter embedded with our recruiting team. You’ll attract and hire top EH&S professionals, engaging with Legal and Business Affairs leadership to meet critical expansion hiring needs.

The role focuses on safety, compliance, and facilities recruiting with autonomy within a high-growth defense technology environment. 6-month contract employment is offered, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience focused on EH&S, EPC, or manufacturing safety roles.
• Experience evaluating safety capabilities (OSHA/EPA, incident investigations, safety management systems).
• Experience managing relationships with EH&S directors, plant managers, and operations leaders.
• Ability to advise leadership on market conditions, talent availability, and salary expectations.
• Clear communication to assess motivations and cultural fit in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments for EH&S and facilities roles.
• Engage passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and professional networks.
• Collaborate with operations and safety leadership to define role requirements and compelling value propositions.
• Drive a diverse talent pipeline with a strong candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Represent the company brand and articulate our value proposition to top-tier safety talent.
• Build outreach campaigns leveraging market insights to attract safety professionals.
