Anduril Industries is seeking a Contract Real Estate, Facilities, & EHS Recruiter embedded with our legal and safety teams to scale critical roles. You will own the full-cycle recruitment for EH&S, industrial hygiene, and facilities positions, partnering with Legal and Business Affairs to meet aggressive hiring goals.

This 6-month contract role emphasizes autonomy and collaboration in a high-growth defense technology environment, with a focus on safety culture and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct, full-cycle recruiting focused on EH&S, EPC, or manufacturing safety.
• Experience evaluating safety capabilities (OSHA, EPA, IH, incident investigations).
• Experience advising leadership on market conditions and salary expectations.
• Strong communication to assess motivations and cultural fit.
• Sourcing strategies bridging technical offices and field operations.
• Autonomous yet collaborative in high-growth, safety-critical environments.
• Must be a U.S. Person for export-controlled access.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments of EH&S roles.
• Engage passive EH&S talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
• Collaborate with operations and safety leadership to define role requirements.
• Drive diverse pipelines and provide excellent candidate experience.
• Represent the brand and articulate our value proposition to safety talent.
• Build strategic outreach campaigns leveraging internal data.
