Job summary

Verse Medical is seeking a detail-oriented RCM Enrollments Specialist to lead national enrollment operations. You will own EDI, EFT, and ERA enrollment lifecycle for thousands of payers, ensuring eligibility verification, claims submission, and timely payments across the network.

You will collaborate with Payer Relations, Billing, and Finance to align enrollment data with credentialing and banking needs while expanding payer connections and optimizing electronic workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Cycle Management enrollments or EDI.
• Experience in a DME environment is highly preferred.
• Proven track record enrolling across a national payer base.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end enrollment for EDI, EFT, ERA for a national payer network.
• Add and configure new payers as the network expands.
• Serve as SME for clearinghouse operations and enrollment requirements.
• Investigate and resolve electronic connection issues and ERAs.
• Audit payer connections to ensure EFT/ERA are active and routing correctly.
• Monitor 270/271 and 837/835 transaction loops to minimize manual work.
• Coordinate enrollment data with Credentialing and Banking requirements.
