We are a growing educational staffing firm seeking a full time Staffing Manager to lead a team of virtual recruiters and a billing specialist, filling open K-12 positions for a growing client list.

The role is remote with some face-to-face meetings in the greater Bluffton, SC area; candidates outside one hour of Bluffton require strong K-12 staffing management experience in nearby markets such as Philadelphia/Southern NJ.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a staffing or recruitment team in education.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client needs in K-12 settings.
• Strong coordination of remote recruiters and billing staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of 2.5 full-time virtual recruiters and one part-time billing specialist.
• Oversee open client positions and the billing/invoicing process.
• Coordinate with the owner on growth while handling day-to-day staffing operations.
• Attend face-to-face meetings in the Bluffton, SC area as needed.
