Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Product Specialist to serve as a bridge between Product Management, Professional Learning, Product Support, and Partner Success. You will translate complex product capabilities into clear, scalable training and enablement assets, while contributing to product discovery and requirements gathering.

Working with senior product managers, you will help ensure our classroom assessment tools are well understood, adopted, and improved, driving educator and district success across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5+ years of experience in educational technology, assessment, professional learning, product support, curriculum development, or related fields.
• Experience creating training, professional learning, support materials, or customer-facing content.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, or supporting product development efforts.
• Experience with K-12 assessment or related educational solutions (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Translate product capabilities into training, support, and go-to-market assets.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and recommendations.
• Collaborate across product, design, engineering, marketing, and training teams.
• Facilitate discussions, gather input, and drive clarity from ambiguity.
• Help educators and districts understand and adopt Pearson products.
