Job summary

ABC Legal Services is hiring Process Servers to deliver legal documents across the United States, including Texas. You set your own schedule and choose how much work you take, while receiving training and access to our industry-leading mobile app to claim jobs, map routes, and track pay.

Candidates should be organized, independent, and personable. You must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and meet state requirements for registered process serving where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have own vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Tech savvy with iPhone/iPad or Android and mobile app usage.
• Ability to scan and print documents.
• Hours vary including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in process serving helpful but not required.
• Some states require registration as a Process Server.
• Some states require minimum age to serve.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents to recipients and locations.
• Plan routes and map stops efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and timestamps.
• Use ABC Mobile app to claim jobs and track pay.
