ABC Legal Services is seeking a Remote Education & Enablement Specialist to lead how we train, inform, and support our nationwide network of independent process servers. This role sits on the Process Server Experience team and drives onboarding, knowledge base, release communications, and internal briefs.

You will own the content strategy, balance quick bite-sized formats with scalable learning, partner with Support and Product, and measure impact through ticket trends and satisfaction scores,

Qualifications

• Experience managing communications, content, or enablement programs for a distributed, non-desk audience such as gig workers or field technicians.
• Background in instructional design or human-centered design rather than traditional classroom training.
• Comfort working in CRM/messaging platforms (HubSpot or equivalent) and LMS platforms.
• Strong written communication: conversational, plain-language, and empathetic.
• Bias toward shipping at 80% and iterating, not perfectionism.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding experience end-to-end for independent contractors needing short, accessible formats.
• Audit and improve education content to drive behavior change and reduce tickets.
• Own end-to-end communications journey for process servers, including releases and policy changes.
• Build repeatable communications calendars and ensure messaging is sequenced, not ad hoc.
• Brief internal teams before external communications and maintain internal toolkits.
