Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking a Process Server Performance Specialist to optimize the performance of our server network. You will own the metrics, identify underperformers, and drive improvements through coaching, clear expectations, and accountability.

This remote role requires residing in Oregon. Daily use of performance data and close collaboration with Recruiting and Leadership will ensure coverage and performance stay aligned. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, training, or managing performance (formal performance-management experience a plus).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with legal processes is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with direct/difficult conversations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling insight from data and translating it into action.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of underperforming process servers, tracking their metrics daily and identifying trends before they become bigger problems.
• Reach out proactively to disengaged or underperforming servers to understand blockers and get jobs moving again.
• Deliver direct, actionable coaching and feedback — set clear expectations and specific timeframes for improvement.
• Hold servers accountable to performance benchmarks, following through consistently when expectations aren't met.
• Field questions and resolve day‑to‑day blockers that are preventing servers from completing jobs on time.
• Create a positive, engaging experience for servers even in tough performance conversations.
• Track and elevate recurring or systemic blockers to leadership.
• Partner with Recruiting when a server's territory needs additional coverage due to performance gaps.
