Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking Process Servers to deliver legal documents across your area. You can choose a flexible schedule and take on as much or as little work as you want, with training and a leading mobile app to claim jobs, map stops, and track pay.

Ideal candidates are organized, reliable, and personable. You should have transportation, a valid license and insurance, and be comfortable using a mobile device. Experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Tech savvy – comfortable using a mobile app to claim jobs.
• Ability to work variable hours – mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in process serving is helpful but not required.
• Some states require you to be a Registered Process Server.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents in assigned service areas.
• Plan efficient routes and meet service deadlines.
• Interact pleasantly with recipients and document returns.
