Job summary

Tutor Me Education LLC in the United States is seeking an Educational Case Manager to support families, manage student progress, and coordinate instructors in a fully remote setup. You will conduct intakes, maintain schedules, monitor outcomes, and ensure quality service while collaborating with district partners and regional operations.

Strong communication in English (and Mandarin/Spanish beneficial) and comfort with virtual tools are required.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2-3 years progressive career growth.
• Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes with families and students.
• Coordinate instructors and track student progress.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Support Tutor Me Education Regional Operations.
• Maintain class schedules and staff sessions.
• Monitor all students’ academic progress.
• Manage virtual tutoring sessions.
• Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress.
