Fisher Phillips is seeking an experienced attorney for the Virtual Office EDTS practice (Remote). Counsel or Special Counsel will handle sophisticated trade secrets and restrictive covenant matters, work closely with local partners, and manage matters from inception to resolution.

The role emphasizes strong writing, research, and strategic case management in a mostly remote setting with no business development pressure.

Qualifications

• Litigation experience in trade secret and restrictive covenant matters (federal/state court).
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience with EDTS matters and injunctions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement case strategy.
• Draft complaints, pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
• Handle discovery, including expedited discovery for injunctions.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions.
• Appear at hearings and other court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and manage day-to-day matters.
• Collaborate with EDTS partners and attorneys.
