Fisher Phillips is seeking an experienced EDTS attorney for a mostly remote Virtual Office role. You will handle sophisticated trade secret and restrictive covenant matters, collaborate with local partners, and manage matters from inception to resolution.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, managing discovery, conducting depositions, and appearing at hearings while leveraging a remote work environment and firm resources.

Qualifications

• Significant experience litigating trade secret and restrictive covenant matters in federal and state courts.
• Experience with TROs, preliminary injunctions, and expedited discovery.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement case strategy.
• Draft complaints, pleadings, motions, and other substantive documents.
• Handle discovery and expedited discovery in injunction proceedings.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions.
• Appear at hearings and other court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and manage day-to-day matters.
• Collaborate with EDTS partners and attorneys across the firm.
